What size apartments do you offer?

Evans Living Accommodations offers fully furnished one, two and three bedroom apartments in all of our markets. Each apartment has full size kitchens with kitchenware, as well as full size washer/dryer. Please see our Furnishings page for a complete list of items that are included with every corporate apartment. Total square feet in the apartments range from 700-1300 ft depending on size and layout. Compare this to the average hotel room with 300 ft and you can see that there are distinct advantages in considering a corporate apartment for your extended-stay housing needs of 7 days or longer.

Can I bring my pet?

Absolutely, most of our properties are pet friendly with only certain breed restrictions. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 per pet. This is a common practice throughout the corporate housing industry. The breed restrictions generally include pit bulls, German shepherds, and doberman's. Evans refers to a local boarding service for an additional charge to guests with these breeds. Also, we have alliances with various local veterinarians to ensure the health of your pets during your temporary housing stay.

Can you bill my company or insurance directly?

Evans Living Accommodations can bill an individual, company, or third party for all rental and incidental charges. We also accept all major credit cards to add to the convenience of your stay. At Evans, our goal is to provide the very best in corporate accommodations with the least amount of hassle for you the corporate traveler. We understand the difficult involved with quickly planning an extended trip to a new city. If you are faced with a last minute schedule that must be kept, rest assure, just leave the housing to the staff at Evans and we will see to it that every detail is as described upon your arrival.

My project is lasting longer than expected. Can I extend my stay?

Yes, we want you stay as long as you need. With Evans, once your original term is fulfilled, you can extend your stay daily, weekly, monthly, even annually. Communication is the key that allows this to happen. As with all corporate housing providers, we require a 30 day notice to vacate. However, once a 30 day notice has been received and fulfilled, just simply let us know about your situation and you will be able to extend by the day or week. This gives you tremendous flexibility and eases the anxiety of not knowing for sure the exact project completion date.

Do you offer high speed internet?

All of our properties are able to accommodate high speed internet access. The charge for this service is an additional $1.50-$3.00/day based on the DSL/Cable service provider. Due to the demand now associated with high-speed internet access, Evans offers the service free of charge in all corporate apartments.
